Default Anyone Here Wakeboard?

Hey guys, just wanted to see how many people on here wakeboard in the area. Got any badass pics of you riding post em' up. Also what board/bindings you have. Maybe if there are some people on here that are wanting to go out and ride we can set up a date and time here in the near future. Maybe at possum kingdom or lake lewisville.

Thanks

its around 75 miles i believe, so with austin traffic maybe hour and a half? this is judging from san marcos to lago vista, which is a community on lake travis.

I board here and there. 99' Hyperlite Drifter with 3060 bindings and killer be rope with straightline handle. I used to work at a camp and ride about 3 hours an evening on lake bridgeport. Been riding for about 9 years. I can backroll and 540 and that is about it. I like surfing wake with a wakeskate more than big air. Still working on a kick flip, but it is too damn hard!!!!

^ that's tight orangepeel, i didnt think you rode. Yea wakeskating looks so ****** hard but it looks really fun. As of right now i cant really do any tricks all i can do is the basic stuff like cutting, 180, 180 olie, and jump the wake but that was my first time out and i really want to wakeboard again here shortly, just have to find the time being that im going to summer school at texas state until august

supra you're so gay lol

Husband is a wakeboarder, and he's pretty good. He's been trying to learn to make a complete flip but our boating friends moved. He has a Hyperlite Premier 140 and I forget what bindings. His first season on one of his landings he broke his board in half; it was crazy! Joe Pool used to be a good lake for "glass" water for some good wakeboarding, but in the past few years it stays choppy. We have been wanting to go to Possum Kingdom, that place rocks!!
