Here is a hanger I was happy with..
Another..
Some more Ti. The colour is burnt into the tip I was welding to. No colour past straw in the weld or HAZ.
Here is some stainless Harness bar work...
A spoiler stiffener for an LS3 kit car
Roll cage welding
Welds inside 911TT exhaust
More Titanium. No brushing after welding.

I wish I had time to actually learn how to even MIG weld. All I have done is exhaust work. Functional......but not pretty LOL.
Very nice examples of craftsmanship here.

very nice.
im actually working on making a custom y pipe right now for a custom ls swap.
using a mig tho. I bought a second hand tig and it broke down and had issues/ it worked fine at first. but didn't even last a yr. I know better than that. but im in the market for a quality tig right now.

Here is some random fabrication I have done in the last 5 years.
1. GTR, R34 RB26 manifold, compatible with a/c, twin scroll
2. Supra, MKIV 2JZGTE 3.0 manifold with dump tubes
3. Oil Field part gets x-rayed and pull tested
4. Another oil field part S/S

Ok, I'll play. A few first projects.
Aluminum bedcover was my first ever aluminum welding project , stainless sword blades was my first ever stainless welding project.
2009 Camaro nose grafted to el camino was my first ever thermo elastomeric olefin plastic welding job. Aluminum air scoop was my first mirror polished aluminum welding job.
Honestly I don't weld often enough to have perfected doing really excellent appearance weld beads, most stuff I do gets ground down & polished anyways, but I survive ok. It takes better than average attention to penetration depth to be able to grind most of your weld off & then polish it.
