Default Show at Rydell Automotive Group: 10/5/2008

Just thought I’d drop a quick line on a cool lil’ “All GM” show that’s happening in Northridge this Sunday. This is the first year my group will be actually entering the show. It’s a fun show. I’ve been there over the last few years as a spectator. They clear out the whole lot of their vehicles in order to make room for the car show. Food is decent and a few small vendors if I recall.

Show is free for spectators and $30.00 for show entries. Money goes to “Make a Wish Foundation”. Here is the show flyer:

Cool. Swing by and say hi. Depending on how hot it is and where they park us will depend on if we will have camp set up. IE: Pop ups, ice chest, etc, etc.

I'll be there but not to show. Mike, Gilbert and I just did the Community Chevrolet show and being stuck somewhere 8am-4pm is not something I'm up for this weekend...

If someone wants a splitter though let me know and I'll try to have a couple on hand. Discounted, $200 picked up on Sunday at the show and Sunday only.

I hear ya on the being stuck part. The flyer says something about being put all day, however my G8 is going have to leave early for work. Doh! Dan, don't say anything.

I'll see if Michelle can get us that in. Heck, she bought her Impala off that lot, they owe us!!

Few pics from the show. Good time. Sucks prepping your car after a rainy day.

The classes were odd, but Mark pulled off a win in his 2000 Camaro. That was way cool. There was some good competition too.

We were also there to witness the first new Camaro batter jump. Priceless. LOL.
