Is it just me?
I may be the only one who thinks this. I see a lot of people who put wheels that were designed to go with a certain car from the factory on other cars. For example Vette wheels on a Camaro or T/A or Cobra R's on a GT or LX. I think if you want different wheels you should go to the after market. It just doesn't look right to me to see a T/A with Z06 wheels. I mean hell the wheels were designed for a totally different make and model car. Maybe I am just weird but when I see that type setup it just doesn’t make sense to me.

I like them IMO. Not to mention a factory built wheel like a Z06 wheels is better overall quality than most aftermarket wheels. I know my boyd smoothieII's were trash in quality in comparrison to my Z06's. Overall finish was better on the Z06's and theye were able to be BALANCED and did not wobble like the boyds.

I guess it's just me then. People can continue to put vette wheels on T/A I will continue to think it doesn't seam right. I never said they look bad. I said it didn't seam right to put a wheel that was designed for one car on another. It's like saying hey man that Cavalier sure has nice wheels I think I will buy some and put them on my Sunfire since they will fit.

The only wheel I would agree that doesn't belong on any other car but a Benz would be the Lorenzer. (Lorenzos)
An example would be people putting them on Oldsmobiles and Suburbans.
I saw a Toyota Rav4 with some on, and even had a matching fifth wheel.
