Default HELP ASAP!!! No lug nut key

Well I ran over a screw a little while back and my rear tire has a slow leak in it. Well the car came with these aftermarket rims which have a cover on them so you cant see the lug nuts right, well i was gonna take the tire off today to take to les schwab to have them patch it.
Well i got the cover off the rim and it turns out it has one of those gorilla lock nut things were you need a special key and the dealer i bought the car from never gave me one or said anything about it having one? Am i screwed how else can u get those lock nuts off? Please Please help.

A Chevrolet dealer should be able to use a tool to break off that stud, and replace it with a new stud and nut. I've seen it done on stock wheels without damage. I think they do it from the back.

vicegrips (wide toothy ones) and a hammer! now if the outside is a sleeve and rotates... a little bit of explosives should do the trick.

Fellas, well, I guess he got it off, BUT, the proper way to remove them is with a socket that removes stripped nuts. Craftsman has the set on sale right now. They are a 6 or 7 pc set that looks like an easy out but female type. The large one will fit over most 3/4 lugnuts and you just tap the breaker bar as you're turning...voila'. I have the Snap-on set that is specifically for lug nut removal. I will never pay that much again after seeing how cheap the craftsman set is.
Also, what I don't get is why didn't the tire shop remove it? they have the tools for that.
