New rears - Toyo R888's
Had to get some new tires this summer. Saw the new Toyo R888 275/40/17 tires and decided to go with them. Don't need to go back to MT DR's till I'm going faster. They look amazing, and ran about 3/4inch wider than my 275 Kumho Ecsta MX's. They have a stiffer sidewall because they are primarily meant for roadcourse, but they are still soft enough to hook really well. You have to be trying pretty hard to break them loose. Take a look.

He said that he hasn't been able to get it sideways yet, and he's only scratched 2nd once in almost 1000 miles of driving. The car's not running very well at the moment, though.
Damn man, those pictures really did turn out shitty. We gotta grab shane's camera sometime soon and get some halfway decent pictures.

Have new pics but I left the camera in the cadillac. Sorry I'll get on it ASAP. Like he said it'll scratch 2nd. Mods are cold air, LTs, TD's dumped. No lid yet but should have one soon. Misfiring in 3 cylinders, have a feeling it might be my new MSD wires... I'll keep you guys up to date

price wise i think the kumho's are great tire and hook really well for what they are. the only downside is that they don't have a really long lifespan compared to more pricey tires, but you get what you pay for. nice squared clean sidewall too. they wont hook anything like these race tires, but they still hook good for a street tire in a straight line, and hold really well in turns. look good too. thats why I'm buying new ones for the front
