C6 Z06 Corvette Gains 95 WHP & 70 LB-FT From Tick Performance Cam Swap

How do you like them apples? 95 WHP & 70 LB-FT from a cam swap on a C6 Z06! Forget all the C7 hoopla because the LS7 is still one bad beast! This particular example made 532 WHP and 481 LB-FT up from the stock cam numbers of 436 WHP 412 LB-FT thanks to a healthy list of bolt-ons and a cam from Tick Performance. The mighty bumpstick measures out at 237/252 .658″/.630″ 116LSA and is accompanied by PAC 1204X valve springs, Ti retainers, 7.800″ 3/8″ .080″ pushrods and Trunion upgraded stock 1.8 rocker arms.

Of course it’s also got the obligatory supporting mods like Kooks 1-7/8″ long tube headers and 3″ catted X-pipe, Corsa 3″ exhaust and a K&N cold air intake. The cam install and tune was performed at North Shore Auto Clinic in Slidell, LA.

Seriously, I know these types of gains aren’t unheard of, but they’re normally reserved for factory forced induction cars! All hail the mighty LS7!
