Volvette is an LS1-Powered Volvo Station Wagon!
‘Merica, F*#k Yeah! That was literally the only idea behind this LS1-powered Volvo V90 station wagon. And let’s face it, it’s a genius one.
Let’s think for a second, no vehicle ever outfitted with an LS1 motor could offer the chiropractor inspired seats, the high-tech airbag system, and most of all, the headlamp wipers that Volvos are known for. In retrospect, no Volvo has ever rolled off the assembly line with an engine as exciting as an LS1. Get where I’m going? This is a match made in car heaven!
It all started with a 200k mile Volvo V90 station wagon that was donated to Darwin, the mastermind behind this awesome build. Then he brought in a beefed up LS1 motor from a GTO, some magic was made, and voila!
It’s hard to think of a cooler family ride, though there’s always the Caddy CTS-V, but I guarantee you that might ya cost a tad more than this Volvo!
