LS3 1979 C10 Stepside Spins Smokin’ Donuts!
Sometimes the best sleepers on the road are trucks. After all, when you see an old workhorse chugging down the road you will usually assume it is just that — a workhorse. Most people would never suspect that the truck they see cruising down a city street may very well have a LS3 engine under the hood and may be able to spin donuts better than most cars.
We’re not sure what the exact inspiration was for this build, but it is very nice. This 1979 Chevrolet C10 Stepside has a LS3 engine, a six-speed automatic transmissions, and a whopping 430 rear wheel horsepower. This video has been dubbed a “reliability test” for the vehicle, and we’ll say that it passed with flying colors.
