Name That Camaro! For Chevy…
SEMA, it’s a place that used to be just for industry professionals. A place where a company could show off to the manufacturers and press alike to showcase what can be done with a car.
Now however, it’s become not only an industry thing, but a fan experience alike. And to celebrate that shift, Chevy announced that they would be debuting a special edition Camaro SS at SEMA this year, but with a twist, they want you all to name it!
According to the release, the new model will arrive in showrooms next year and come with a whole host of goodies. There’s a new paint called Emerald Green Metallic. RS appearance package, LED taillamps, new body kit. 21-inch Chrome Dusk wheels, and some other exterior items.
For some reason though, nothing was changed with the engine. The car will still have the 6.2L V8 with 426 hp, and that’s not bad because honestly that engine is already fairly beastly.
The name will be chosen when SEMA starts next month on the 4th, so you have until then to shout out to Chevy and tell them what this package should be called.
