Outlaw Buggy from Hell!
There is a certain dysfunction that we as car people have. It’s almost an outlaw spirit. Something that tells us that speed is good and that it should be used at all times and for all situations. Stuck in traffic, speed down the shoulder.
Going through a set of nice backwoods roads, speed through the turns. Then there are those individuals that take this spirit, set it on fire and push it out of an airplane. It’s your crazy cousin that decided it would be a good idea to shove 45 bottle rockets up the butt of an action figure and “see what happens.” Those guys build these.
This is the Outlaw, see synergy; it’s the mad creation of one Labronn Osborne of CSC Fabrication. The “car” is meant to run over rocks, hills, mud, and small foreign countries at around a billion miles an hour.
It’s powered by a stroked out 6.0L LS engine backed by a PTC Turbo 350. It can steer both the front and rear wheels and has 43” tires. It’s essentially a purple version of the cars you see in Mad Max. It’s awesome.
The amount of work and psychosis in this car is just ridiculous. A work of mad geniuses, that’s meant to make rough terrain turn tail and run for the hills. Then it will find it in the hills and still kick its ass.
And as of June 29th, the buggy sold for $45,000, which is a helluva deal for the person that bought it. It does look like they had a lot of fun though before it went, check out the video below.
