When building up a ride, many different people aspire toward many different things. Some people aim for a fun daily driver, while others simply want to improve the appearance of their ride, and still others intend to build up their vehicles to compete.

While none of these are bad endeavors, choosing to race one’s ride and building it with that purpose is definitely the most difficult to pursue. Of course, it isn’t without its rewards.

Today we’ll be stepping inside LS1Tech member Jc803‘s garage and taking a look at his amazing ride that lies within!

The car itself is a 1999 Pontiac Trans Am WS6, but there’s no question that this fourth generation muscle car has been heavily modified! With 515 horsepower and 490 foot-pounds of torque, this is one powerful Pontiac! In fact, Jc803 has entered the 11 Second Club with it — running a 11.4 second quarter mile at 125 miles per hour.

While it would be impossible for us to list (at least in the confines of this article) all the modifications that Jc803 has done to his outstanding ride, we will take the time to say that this beast is powered by a LQ9 408 cubic inch motor, has a T-56 transmission, and was street-tuned with HP Tuners.

This Pontiac is powerful and fast, but it definitely didn’t get there overnight! Jc803 has clearly done a wonderful job building up his ride, and we’re very glad to see it!

Go check out his garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a great time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week on RIDE ON!
