A member since 2004 and part of the 11 Second Club, it’s no surprise that today we’re going to step into hugger1975‘s garage and take a look at the high performance beasts that inhabit it.

The first of these two magnificent Chevys is a 1999 Camaro Z/28 and the second is a 2009 Cobalt SS, both of which are highly worthy of the spotlight!

The Chevy Cobalt SS is a bright and flashy red with clean, snazzy rims. The license plate pictured here is “UNDER R 8,” but has since been changed to “MBARE S U.”

Both of which are certainly fitting and well placed for this Cobalt SS. However, when it comes to race and performance dedication, hugger1975 turns to his 1999 Camaro with faith.

The Camaro, painted Hugger Orange, has been built up into a 410 horsepower performance machine. This is the car in hugger1975’s garage that has earned its place into the 11 Second Club by running 11.9s in the quarter mile.

However, that should improve quickly, considering he has now added a NOS system to his list of modifications. However, it took a lot before that to get this car so prepped and ready for the strip and the street, and he has quite a long list of modifications for this beast — including a 4″ Mufflex exhaust, Textrellia clutch, a full BMR suspension, and more.

Beyond just the mechanical and performance modifications, the license plate on this Camaro does an excellent job summing up the personality of the car: “JST TRY 2.” This car has a big heart and big engine to go with it. Who knows how long it will be before it enters the 10 Second Club?

Go drop by hugger1975’s garage and ride on!
