SEMA 2013: Some Guy Covered His Camaro in Bed Liner

I spotted this Camaro outside last week, so I don’t actually know who it belongs to. I guess this is one way to get the look of matte paint without having to deal with any of the hassle of taking care of it.

Maybe he’s on to something. Sure, it’s heavier than paint, but who cares about that when you have horsepower? The only real downside I can see is that it’d be hot. If you don’t mind the look, the upsides far outweigh the negatives. Cleaning it becomes a trivial issue and you’ll never have worry about door dings. Ever.
