There are many unforgettable fourth generation F-bodies, but two of my favorites include the 1999 30th Anniversary Pontiac Trans Am and the 2002 Chevrolet 35th Anniversary Camaro SS–call me crazy, but I feel each are the perfect examples of the breed. OK, so the Hurst TA and the CETAs are wicked, as are the GMMG […] More »
Pontiac Trans-Am. 8 liters of displacement. 700 horsepower. No one would blame you for assuming it was a drag car. Now, that’s not something you see everyday. Burnout’s normally just come in the one shade of white, but thanks to some clever tire engineers at Kumho, you can switch it up if you’re feeling creative. This guy has a different set on each side for added visual impact. I can dig it.
Sometimes it’s not about the fastest speeds, the biggest dyno numbers, cutting the best lap time or knocking something out of the park. Sometimes it’s about a cool car and and a cool pic. In this case, forum member Qcon posted this pic of his “WSQ Trans Am” on the coast during a SoCal sunset. […] More »
