This week’s Drag Race video features a lightly modified 2015 Corvette Z06 racing on the quarter mile against an Audi R8.

This video is short, showing just 18 seconds of Corvette burnout action, but considering that this entire tire smoking sessions occurs at a roll, it is one incredible exhibition of LS V8 power.

Remember a few weeks ago the story about a Z06 owner blowing their engine in just 891 miles?

This week’s Dyno Blast video doesn’t feature an LS1 engine, but it does include the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with the awesome new LT4 V8.

There are a few videos floating around the Internet which show a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 smoking the tires, but this is the first one that I have seen that displays the smoke show in slow motion.
