Wow. That’s impressive. Any more weight reduction?

No. The car has been the same for several years. I sure would like to know how many passes this motor has on it.It is out every weekend. during race season.

I believe I can hit 10.40 as I am not shifting that high (6500) and i am launching at 2100.The Fast intake is not nosing over at higher RPM like my LS6 did.

Does your car 60’ better if you build it up or come off idle? Mine always did better with me reving slightly past idle like 1100 rpm

The way i have been launching the car is I have a two step and line lock wired together. I go on the two step about 2100 and leave off the button. i am not sure how high I can go with the new brakes but I adjust the launch rpm to control reaction time not ET..I was thinking about adding a second line lock to the rear but what I have has been working. I have won alot doing it this way. Poor man trans brake so to speak but much easier on everything.

Extremely impressive! I have a very similar set up same cam intake stage 2.5 tsp heads stock bottom. Best pass has been 6.82@99 with a 1.44 60. Hoping to make it to the 1/4 very soon. I still have the 4l60 with a 4000 stall and I feel I've been struggling to get the launch just right, lifts the front wheels then I feel it bogs a touch and I loose a little bit. But this fires me up to get the 1/4 sooner and see where I'm at.

Latest update. Made the switch to a powerglide,6.73 @ 101 on first pass, I believe my absolute best with the TH350 was real high 6.6.so no real et loss from the glide.I actually picked up a little mph.

Ended up going 6,66 with the glide vs 6.67 with the TH350 same converter.
