Default 11.226 @ 120.4 mph NA Video

Here's a video of me at the track down in Muncie, IN. My best so far NA is 11.202 @ 120.57 with a 1.501 60' time but I didn't get that on video. I've ran that ET twice now and both times I didn't get on video. I'm trying to hit a 10.99 pass on motor. Most of my mods are in my signature. If you click the watch it on YouTube button and make the video the full screen you can see the time better. Let me know what you think!

Great run man.... Are you going to Muncie the next fast and furious night. I'm switching to slicks that night and hoping to bust an 11.1 11.2 hopefully.

Thanks! I still have the stock 10 bolt with a girdle and 4.10 gears. I have already taken out the back seats and have taken off the front sway bar. I have done some weight reduction but I haven't gone crazy at all.

Thanks! That's cool. What do you have done to your car? Your mph is higher than mine. I'm running these times on drag radials not slicks. I probably won't be going to a Fast and Furious night. If I do go I'll probably be going on a Wednesday night.

Here is a picture of my best 3 time slips I was in the right lane for the time slip all the way to the left in the picture. It was on the last Wednesday in June and it was probably around 80* at the time of the run. I ran the exact same ET on August 15. And the video that I posted was on August 15th also. Oh and if you notice I ran one of the 11.202 passes 8 minutes after I ran the 11.226 in the video that I posted. They said last call when I did the 11.226 pass so I wanted to get one more run in before they closed the track!

I'm running qtps and I can't get the 60ft below 1.58 so I'm gonna try slicks and see what it does. It's got Prc ls6 heads ms3 full tubular suspension tick stage 2 trans and a moser 12 bolt. It's got koni adjustables on it but I don't think they are a true drag strut.

It's amazing what just an automatic tranny, a stall, a rear end, a set of 410's, and some slicks will do for you.

I have a M6 with 416/380 that only managed to turn a 12.59 at 115.8 with a 2.2 sixty foot.

Those are some very impressive times! Good Job!

You are close and you have the MPH to sneak in to the 10s. Good weather and little tweaks and hopefully you can hit it.

Cool. I think the one thing that's holding me back too is my shocks. I have KYB AGX Adjustables(single 8 way adjustables) and what we have found to work the best so far is having the rears on 5 and the fronts on 1(loosest setting). My car doesn't really want to pick the front wheels up too much so I might be looking at getting some double adjustable AFCO's for front and rear. That probably won't happen till next year but I'll be going back to the track more this year and trying some different things out.

Thanks! I love driving my automatic with a 4000 stall. I even thought about this winter making my stall bigger cuz I don't mind driving it like that at all and even on the highway! I went on a cancer benefit cruise today and put 125 miles on my tank and still had about a half a tank left. By the way I'm running on drag radials and not slicks and still have the stock 10 bolt w/ 4.10 gears and a girdle. It sounds like with your 2.2 60' that you need some tire on the back with some sidewall to it.

Thanks I sure hope I can hit the 10's this year. My DA on 6/27/12 when I ran my best of 11.202 @ 120.57 mph at 9:06pm according dragtimes.com(at 8:53pm) Muncie's DA was 2871 feet and relative density was 91.87%. My DA on 8/15/12 when I ran 11.226 at 8:59pm and 11.202 at 9:07pm according to dragtimes.com(at 8:53pm) Muncie's DA was 2302 feet and relative density was 93.44%.
