who's 11's with minor bolt-ons
i'm shooting for 11's with bolt-ons, right now i have a lid and a cutout, i can pull off a 12.9 with just those mods. i'm installing a vig 3600, swapping to 3:42s from 2:73's, plus getting some Slowhawk tuning, my goal is 12.0 with these mods. raceweight will be roughly 3350 and i'll be running a M/T ET Radial 275/60/15.
Looking to see how many bolt on only cars are in the 11's, can u also post your dyno numbers, my car dynos at 285 RWHP now.

The offical top 50 SI list is here:
Top 50 list
I think my car is #30 or so.
I think you'll need a little more HP, I dyno'd 346. Maybe longtube headers. I also think you'll need some suspension mods. The 60 ft is critical, you ned to be at least in the 1.6x range to run 11's SI.
Good luck!

Keep you weight down, Throw away your steel drive shaft(rotating weight),Dial you 60's in to low 1.6's, Shift at least 6400, Some good air??? Good luck..
I had to install a cam or go bigger on the converter, but that's with full bolt on's & shity Florida air.

The converter & MT drag radials should get you close, but I agree with black02-z28.. You'll probably need some LT headers and really good air to hit 11s.
Heres what mine did:
11.992 @ 111.73 - 1.58 60' -277 D/A (stock 10 bolt w/3.23s, lid, catback, mac headers w/ORP, 3500 stall, crank pulley & ET streets.) 325 rwhp - 3350 lb RW
11.73 @ 115.2 - 1.56 60' -58 D/A (mods listed above + moser 12 bolt w/3.42s, LS6 intake, 230/232 cam & M/T drag radials.) 365 rwhp - 3650 lb RW.

I did a 1.58 60 ft on stock suspension. All the BMR stuff and QA1 shocks with springs got me to 1.50, then the tranny let go. I got it built up and am trying for 1.4x short times this spring
60 ft is the key to drag racing, focus on that and everything else will fall into place.
I think all LS1 cars have aluminum drive shafts, my A4 car does.

If your car came with 2:73's like mine did you had a steel drive shaft & it weight is about 9lbs more. I went to junk yard got one from a wrecked M6, took it to a drive line shop removed the balancer (2-3lbs) & had it rebalanced without it. Work's good. All M6 & 3:23 A4 came with the aluminium shafts..

For the 3350 raceweight I removed the front pass. seat, rear seat, carpet, door panels & all other plastic panels, console, catback, front swaybar and switched to weld draglites with skinnies. Its back at full weight now and I don't plan on removing all that crap again. Too much work for such minimal gains IMO.
