fastest and cheapest way into 11s?
thats my goal as of now, absolutely no N20.
what do you suggest?
im already thinking about a cam but am not sure which one...
please help me make the right decision, and also dont jsut list some randome parts and whatnot, im trying to make an exact list of parts and part #s and things like that so that i can start getting the parts when money gets in.
thank you in advance

Ditch the MAF and go back to stock.
Longtube headers with high flow catted y-pipe or duals. (check out coated pacesetters)
LS6 intake manifold
Moser 12 bolt rear end with 4.10's ($$)
Good clutch (spec stage 3, mcleod twin disc, ram powergrip....)
ported throttle body (cammin beaSSt is doing them now) sp?
sticky tires (M/T ET streets or ET street radials, or nitto drag radials)
weight reduction (check drag racing tech for weight reduction sticky)
subframe connectors (I have BMR boxed weld in and am happy)
A nice cam swap with dyno tune (SEARCH and read stickies on a cam, you need headers/LS6 intake before you get a cam)
Running 11's in a manual transmission, naturally aspirated, street car isn't easy. It also isn't cheap. Unfortunately you need to spend about $2,500 for the rear end with an M6 in order to get any kind of an aggressive launch without risking going
In other words, you have a long ways to go. There certainly are other ways of making it, but there are no guarantees. You may also want/need to do some suspension mods.

Which is why nitrous is in the long term plan for my car.

Tires- which means you will need a good clutch. (probaly not a Spec)
Clutch- which means you will need a good rearend.
Headers.
You will be low 12s with these two.
Then add your power.
