Default Seriously, were am I at right now!

98 ws6, Ls6 ported heads, Ls6 intake, GM Hotcam, LTs, ory, Lm exhaust.
No real suspension yet, bfg 315s out back on a stock rear end, M6 car.
Set up for a 75 wet shot, what types of times can I expect on motor, spray, etc. Someone give me an idea please, thanks for your time.

can we all just donate a quarter a piece to pay for your entrance to the local track?

Should easily hit 11s on motor if you can drive. Only one way to find out.

Don't expect too much if you don't have any seat time at the track. It could go 11.8, or it could go 12.5. Just depends on your experience.

Do you know the rwhp? I know you have a lot of parts listed but that doesn't matter. Some cars might run like crap and make 370 hp like that, while some might hit 400.

I'm up for taking the quarter a piece donation. I was just wondering if there were others out there with similar set ups. I do need to get to the track and find out as soon as possible.

I haven't had it dynoed yet, but it was built up by a guy that works in advance product engineering for the GM tech center. I assume he knew what he was doing, atleast so far it feels like he did.

Suspension is very important. You need to get that power to the ground.

Very true words. It doesn't get more certain than that. I hope he owns a trailer.

I thought the same...that's why I didn't even mention the spray.

About the dyno...LS1s are weird. Some might be getting real bad KR and have a bad a/f, others might run great with no tune. You really need to get it on the dyno with a wideband and see where you are before you go spraying and screw that motor up.

I totally agree with all those thoughts. I want to get a pass on only motor, first off and will be going with a trailer because I just have that feeling.
I would really like to get it dynoed before the spray to see what I have and how it actually is working. I have to start looking for one I guess in the Michigan area. Thanks for the help.

go to the track and find out, there are so many variables.

my guess 11.7- 13.7

i think w/ the ls6 heads ported you need a bigger cam to achieve the flow of the heads. id say you should be around 400 rwhp easliy.
