Default To much work for 11s

This was very hard to do. The car did 12.3 @ 109.5. I removed the 1.85 rockers. Installed 224/224 563/563 LSA 114.9 Cam Shaft and Thunder Racing single spring stage 2 heads intake 2.02 exhaust 1.59. My best so far is 1.69 60' 11.94 @ 113.45. And also my nitto's would not get me any where near 1.69 60'. I sold the nitto's and bought M/T drag radials. Just goes to show. Before you install a cam, make sure it will not be to small.

I'm getting close to picking a cam and am leaning heavily towards the TR224/224 114LSA for my 2000Z28 A4.

How good are the heads on your combo?

I'd say your doing pretty good for the setup you have, the cam is almost the exact same as mine, and the heads you have (I'm guessing are 241's) probably compliment it. Its not like your combo is a major $$ one so I'd bed happy with that. In fact your combo will be the EXACT same as mine once I'm done with the new motor, except my cam is on 112 instead. The MAF might be hurting you a little though. Any dyno #'s?

That's why when I finally get rid of my stock cam, I'm going to throw in the FM13 on a 112+2. That won't be too small, will it?

Somethings not right. As soon as I installed my cam into my car I took it to the track and untuned with a miss it trapped 113 and 114. I out the pcm to Bryan herter and had it tuned with only my cam and a few accenting mods and it ran 11.8@119 with a 1.78 60,stock heads, and I have had a few traps@120. Maybe its the tune but with heads you should be running better.
My cam is a 224/228 581/588 114.

You should ask around on a few tech forums and ask opiniojns for the pro's.
Also, If you havent had it tuned then your missing out on some major HP.
