I got a 1.86 60 with stock stall, i think you need a better burnout, get them wet and burn them out where its dry.

Might try power braking up to 1500 rpm, then instead of stomping on it, roll the throttle in somewhat quickly. If you have gears other than factory I would go 1200 rpm. No matter what, once your tack rolls past the 3200 stall speed, floor it. You don't want dead air take off where tb plate goes from cracked to wide open. Definetly get the tires smoking somehow.

i power brake up to almost 2000 then roll into it with my 3600 stall, factory 3.23s as well, my 60 sucks cuz ive never run on good tires though.

i did exactly what u just told me to do with the 1500rpm then rolling into throttle and got the 1.87 60ft, i think next time im going to do a long burnout and try the 1500 launch then try it at 2000 or higher if i can.

Was this a seperate attempt from the first post? I thought in the first post you said at the 1500 rpm you just floored it. Either way I would lower tire pressure to around 14-15 and get them real hot like you said. I have 3600 stall 4:11 and with street tires I would get them real hot and brake up to 2000 rpm, roll in throttle quickly to 3600 then floor it and got consistant 1.8's. Cooler temps will also affect traction. Be patient, I know you'll be cutting 1.6's before to long.

Yeah make sure you do a good burn out, don't be scared to heat those things up,and like someone said drop your tire pressure down to 14,15.have fun with the spray but getting your launch down ,and getting the tires warm enough should be goal one, take care man happy holidays
