went back to the track last week after installing relocation brackets, they eliminated my wheel hop but i think i still need some suspension work. anyway best run of the night was 12.719 @ 107.89 with a 1.783 60', had to run the drag radials at 15 psi to hook up since theyre smoked, ended up hitting the cords at the end of the night lol. waiting to get a new pair, traction should improve and ill be able to run higher psi in them, car traps over 108 with 16psi in the tires. made a pass at 16psi and ran a 12.784 @ 108.20 but with a 1.89 60'. guess i found out tire pressure can really suck the life out of a car. DA was around 800-1000 that night. i think with new tires and more seat time ill get 12.5x out of it.

Do you think I could hit 12.70's with granatelli lid, MAF, pacesetter headers, full exhaust, poly trans mount, 17x9.5 wheels with radials, and panhard bar? It's a 2001 trans am so I have the LS6 intake.

hmmm, why do you think those mods will get an auto there but not a 6 speed? mod for mod a six speed will get more power down to the wheels, I would imagine a well driven one with ET streets would pull it off just as well as an auto... *shrug* maybe I see now, he said radials EEK!
to the OP, nice times! Gives me a glimmer of hope of breaking into the 12's my next time out at a 1/4 mile! I haven't been to the track, but according to a "GPS track" I'm at ~109mph through the quarter. =D .time was rediculously off, so I'm not sure how accurate that mph was either.. it said like 15 seconds, but it started counting before I started moving haha sensitive flippin thing, I think me sitting it down set it off going to an 1/8th mile tomorrow, wish me luck
