Went up to the track to see what it would run before the next round of mods. My previous best was 12.82 I haven't done anything performance wise just dropped some weight and moved the battery out back, race weight with me was 3536. I dropped the tire pressure down to 25 and first run was 12.47@108 with a 1.71 60 ft. The next pass was 12.54@108 1.77 60 ft after that it seemed like the track was going away everyone was spinning and the track was getting greasy. Over the winter I'm going to do heads and cam, headers, and all new front suspension and brakes hopefully it will bring me into low 11s for next season

 

W/ Just headers u will b in the 11's w / no problem !!!!!!

 

Was this on street tires?

 

the tires are mt drag radials. I was going to do headers over the past summer but I want to do a manual rack and tubular k member so I'm just going to wait til it's all apart for that, I was also waiting for the new TSP stainless headers which I think are finally available

i didn't get to run until noon, I might try to go back up one more time before they close up probably on the 22nd if its not to cold by then
