Default 12.55 @114 semi-built TA

I ran at Memphis for the first time a couple of months ago. first time on a full quarter mile track (there are none in Arkansas). The time was 12.55@114. The car has an Slp air lid, coated long tubes, off-road y-pipe, loudmouth catback, 4:10 gears, 2800 stall, cam swap (.224/.563), and Ls1 edit tune. The plan is to replace the intake and throttle body, and get it dynotuned and see what happens. I am hoping the car is not tuned right because I thought it should have gone a little faster. Does this time sound right for the mods?

1.92 60' on nittos. Very little tire slip. I think I may need a higher stall, but a little scared to try it on the 10 bolt.

You need a 3600+ stall and it will knock .3 off those 60's. Go ahead and put MT ET Street Radials and dont be scared. Ive gone 1.72 a lot of times on my stock rear.

Sounds like my current time and mph with the same 60' but I'm still on 2.73s and a higher stall. With those gears you should be ripping outta the hole. What was the DA on your run? Mines was +2000 Your tune could be outta wack too, may have lost dynamic compression down low with the cam. Gotta hook it up and see.

I was just trying to think of something to call the post. In this area it is one of the only ones with more than just a Flowmaster and air lid.
