It's the 75 series. Has anyone used this or see any problem with using it? I don't see a bleeder screw, but that doesn't mean it's not there. The advantage I see is that it's shorter than the 74 series. Are some of you guys using the 74 Series? (what does Hinson use?)

Factory master is 3/4" bore x 1" stroke.
fist thing you do is make a bracket out of 1/8 steel like in the picture
. its got two bolt patterns one for the stock 240sx and one for the wilwood
make holes for the studs that held the stock master to the firewall. measure the old master to get this deminsion. center of hole to center of hole
next drill the wilwood bolt hole demensions into the bracket . its 2 1/4 inches
next drill a large hole for the master cylinder body to fit threw it .
the bracket should look like the one in the pic . easy
next you are going to take the wilwood and drill out the mounting holes and tap to 10mm x 1.25 or 1.50 what ever you like . next you are goint to put a stud into those holes you taped . not very long . example in the pic above
then you are going to bolt the bracket to the master cylinder like in the pic
also another thing i found was that the push that comes with the wilwood is american thread . so what i figured out is . take the old push rod from the stock 240sx master cylinder and install it into the new wilwood cylinder . they come off with a c-clip if you look behind the cylinders. the push rods swap right over . this make the master cylinder a bolt on pice . it now attaches to the clutch pedal like stock . sweeeeet
only mod to the car is that you will need to trim some of the metal that comes off the firewall like in this pic . if not its gonna be a pita to get a fitting in there or run a hard line off it . run a hard line off that up and over the brake booster then back down towards the transsmission . easy
for the slave i welded a -4an fitting off of the feed line . chop the green quick disconnect gm fitting and weld to that .
for the bleeder i just welded a extension pice so that it stuck out . Outside the transmission better to access it with a wrench to bleed .
also you got pics of the bleeder mod you did? i thought the originally extra long bleeder was so it would stick out the casing??
