You really need to contact specialists running GTO's.
Aero changes are "tricky", not something a backyard mechanic can easily do!!!
The car needs to be balanced.... front splitter & rear wing working together.
There may be more aero info on a GTO on a GTO specific forum.
Good Luck.

Thanks ive been talking to a few people over on a GTO forums
Been looking for specialists running GTO only found a a few but there in Australia and not getting anywhere calling them. (they dont answer there phones)
This is the reason im asking for help i know it needs to be balanced. I am a little passed a backyard mechanic but not much. Was a full time mechanic had all my ASE Then went for ME engineering.
Im just starting to get down on this project and wish i just went with the vette then trying to be different. Hoping the long break from having it parked over the winter gives me time to find a few more things and forget all the walls ive been hitting.

The 1st spoiler looks good, set it up so it is half the height of the rear glass height, then set the angle at 68 degress. You dont want the rear most of the spoiler to pass the rear most of the bumper. Its a good starting point but without a wind tunnel for test i cant say for sure. hope that help. Also add a frt splitter. other thing to think about is that it may not be the air on top of the car causing the problem, but more the air flow coming from under the rear of the car causing lift.

An easy place to start with this task would be venting the hood. With the way the airdam is set up, at high speeds a lot of pressure can build up under the hood making it feel "light" upfront. For examples of what im talking about look at just about any purpose build race car.
