Last of the Breed or NHRA badges
I got a 98 dark blue Formula, but am unsure of what badges to put on my car either the NHRA badges for a formula or the last of the breed badges? I need some opinions.

I think LOB badges belong on 02s only....because that was the "Last of the Breed". I know you can make the argument that its the last body style and all that but the badges even say 1967-2002 on them. So obvioulsy they meant the last year of production. But its your car, if you like them go for it.

I have a set, was given to me, I have a 2002. I think they are a little guady. I am not a fan of any sticker or badging, or anything that wasnt at least avalible stock.
Example: a NON-WS.6 T/A getting a WS.6 style hood, adding the ram air is ok, or if your racing for sponsors and you get contigency money, thats cool. But if your not racing, and its not stock, I do think it should be on there.
Is that my opinion, absolutely, should it be yours? Not always, just what I think. If I started doing the car show circut, I use it for a plaque or poster that showed stuff about the car and I'd use it to accent the car. at best.

The LOTB is nice, I have them on my car, but I figured my 99 WS6 was a last in its own right. The last year you could order a Forumla WS6 in Canada was 99. In the USA it was 2000.
I am going to remove them this winter though for a slightly different look.
I think you can make a case for all of the above reasons. Do what you like though, its your car and you should make your individual statement, just no RICE!
