Need pic's of where every one has there shift lights Hey every one I just ordered me a shift light and don't know where to mount it so I want to see where you guys have yours.

Re: Need pic's of where every one has there shift lights No pics, but i've got my blue harlan in the a pillar vent. Fits perfectly if you cut out the three bars and put the ring around the light. Mine sticks out less than an inch, but it's not flush with the pillar. Looks factory. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">

Re: Need pic's of where every one has there shift lights I have a regular sized Autometer shift-lite, and it locates itself perfectly in the middle of my speedometer. I secured it with industrial-grade double sided foam tape and it has been there for over 2 years. That tape is the black/gray looking, thin type stuff, not the white stuff.
Oh yeah, I replaced the standard yellow lens and cover with the blue lens and cover they also sell.
