Heat extractor hood Opinions????
I would like to replace my 1994 Z28 hood with this one, however it's made in the 97-02 design.
Would this look right on a 94, considering the curves leading to the headlights matching or not matching?
More importantly would it fit?

Think of how your headlights are on your car;
On the LT1 Camaros, this hood would look weird cuz you'd have a longer lip extending across the opening of your headlights; not only that but the fitment might not match up.
I wouldn't do it, unless the hood was available for the 93-97 Camaros, not the 98-02.
If you had this hood with a SS rear spoiler, I think it'd look pretty nice.

Yeah, I'm fairly sure it wouldn't line up right with my fenders, and I am not the biggest fan of the new front ends either, so a conversion is out of the question.

Did anyone actually read the description? It is functional. That's the whole point, since I'm way down here in the south, overheating can be a problem sometimes, so that's most of the reason I'm considering gettin it.

If you reason for wanting one is actually for heat extraction and not because you like that particular hood, you should check out VFN's LT1 Sunoco hood. I can actually see the heat shimmers coming out of mine when its hot out and can feel it with my hand when I stop. Best part is it looks good too.
That hood you posted is the only non cowl or ram air style camaro hood I can remember seeing. I dont think it comes in an LT1 version either.
