we can etch the black on the stainless, and still fill the "Z" red.

Thanks,

That's great.. and when can I order some of these and do you have one smaller in a width of about a 1"1/2 that would fit on the rear body panel also?
Thanks...
I had heard your name for getting great emblems and just now found you...

I have a question: It looks like the new ZR1 themed emblems you are making look a tad big. Are they the same size and dimensions as the actual ones? Oh and the ones that you showcased - is that orange or red?

Thanx!

We can make them smaller. I still need to check and see if they will work on the curvature back there.

I am not sure what a "Tad" is, but a "LTX" will be longer since the combined length of the three digits is larger. However, as I said in the earler post we can customize these for anyone on reasonable size changes. And there would be no extra charge.
Basically, we will be sticking with the size we know is right, unless someone has a different request when they purchase. We made some that were orange, and some that were red. If you can tell me specifically which emblem you are referring to by post number, I can tell you the color.

Coming in the mail meant it, will be coming to you in the mail. We purposely avoided the Post Office on tax day. And I got home from work too late last night to get to the Post Office in time.
We did not take a picture of it. My wife has instructions to bring this to the Post Office this morning with the other packages. Instead we will open your package up, and get a picture to send you tonight. Then after work today I will mail the package.
When you get it please post some installed pictures.

Thanks, Roger

Dragon, i was wondering if you could make the 69 style Z/28 badge with different coloring. it would be good for me if you could fill in the Z, the "slash". and the 28 in black. that way i dont have any red on my car. i would only need 1, maybe an extra as a replacement.

I don't know if this has been posted or not, but are you going to be selling the corvette rear fill-ins again too after licensing?

We have a "lot" of Corvette parts to list, but they don't really go with the forum, so we have avoided them.
There will be all kinds of Corvette letters, and fill ins for sale.

We can etch the centers of the letters and then the centers will be black. Trying to fill the centers with a dfferent material would be hard on the "28"

Will this be ok?

This is where im planning to put mine. It is short enough to fit between the bumper and tailight right??? Maybe I shouldn't have assumed it was designed to be placed in that spot. Hopefully it fits and works with the curvature because I'm sure that this is going to be the place that most people are going to put them. Oh and I will get installed pics the same day I get it in the mail. I can't wait! I hope it fits!!!

We would need to get them approved prior to making them. Right now they are not in our contract, but they could be added easily.

OK,

The ZR1 style emblems do fit on the rear of the car just fine, as long as you understand that the curvature on the rear of the car increases as you get farther out towards the passenger side.
I do not tell people where to place their emblems, but these are very strong, and very sturdy. The amount of flex is limited, and they a perfectly fine for fenders, hoods, doors, etc...
In my opinion underneath the midpoint of the tail light distance is very fine, for the rear of the car.
