Is black the only color you can etch in or are there other colors available for that? Example being the wording on your ZR1 badges.

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but where can we order the LS1 ZR1 style emblems?

Any etching on Stainless is always going to be black. Etching on plastic is also limited to the undercolor of the plastic. We have about 25 plastic color combinations, to accomodate just about any need.
Acrylic is the material where you have the most color options available.

At this time customers are simply emailing me, and I am sending out invoices. Whenever you are ready.

The price right now for those is $43.99 each, with a free keychain. I have 14 sold, and still taking names. If you want in, let me know.
We will be having more than one group purchase as we go. But, for easier ability to keep track of all the sales, I do not think they will be at the same time.
I was contemplating either getting one that said, "5.7 Liter V8" or "346 CID V8". Could you post up pics of the "5.7L V8"? and if I don't like it, could I get the "346 CID V8" instead?

Thanx!

I would do that, if I had one made that way. Right now we do not. We are making a bunch of the "ZR1" style today, if we make a similar one I will post up pics.

Matt, any chance you can make something similar to the 5th gen door sills for us?

Of course I know some parts would be hard to reproduce, but how much would something of this scale cost?

As you know we have a 2010 Camaro coming here in May or early June. We are already at production code 3000 and that was last week.
When it gets here we already have a list of 20 different items to make, and sills are on the list. We are also looking into this application for other cars we make sills for as well. The answer is yes, we just need to do some for fitment research.

We already sent off the optima 34/78 template for fitment to one of the board members. I have a 75/25, and a 75/35 here ready to go out to the first members who send me their address.
The deal is: Test fit the template, send me some pictures and the template back, mark it up where there is any interference. Then I will make changes, cut the stainless piece, and that person will get a battery cover "free".

Waiting for your replies.

Email me your address, and you'll have a template in the mail tomorrow. If it fits, we'll make you a stainless cover for free.

Okay, after some demand, we made it - the center-etched mirror stainless front bird emblem. The center is etched permanently in black, and the outside edges are mirror reflective stainless steel.

This took some time, so it will boost the price between $15 and $20. I'll make that known now. However, we have dropped the base price by about that amount from our price last year, so it's still a great deal.

This piece is not bent yet because I wanted some photos of it layed out. These will be offered in plastic as well in a variety of color combinations.

Looks awesome, debating whether or not I should switch out my stainless rear inserts and door emblems for this etched style.

That's sweet. Do you have any plans to do an emblem for the bird on the 93-97 cars?
