koo, great to hear there fixing the problem. when i got 1 for my z28, it came out fine. small little problem with the paint, but nothing major. just a small spot where you saw that the paint ran some but really nothing noticeable unless you looked at it closely.
i have to agree with the other's, you probably just got a bad one.

Just to update this thread, thespoilercompany is picking up the old spoiler today at their expense and shipping me out a new/painted spoiler next week.
So it looks like they took care of everything for me! Just wanted to update and let everyone know. I'll post pics of the new one when I get it on the car here next week.

I know this thread is old, but i'm hoping to get more details about the foam problems that were breifly discussed. Can someone explain what it is, where it is, what its supposed to be for and why it should be requested to not be installed if painted?
Thanks!
Thanks!

They add foam to the bottom of the spoiler where the studs come out of it. After test fitting you may need to remove it to make it sit lower on the deck. I removed mine and got a nice smooth fit. Also I wobbled out a hole on the driver side a wee bit to adjust the side to side mounting. It all came out good.
