I think you might actually want a 7.5" BS unless you are running a narrowed housing. You increase the width of the wheel 2" from 15x8 to 15x10 and you need 2 additonal inches of back spacing to try to keep it in the fender.

I would run an et street or hoosier quick time pro. 26/11.50/15 thats 10" of thread to the floor. Since you have the extra wheel well space maybe a 28. My 02 cents.

28x12.5 will rub on a 6.5 backspacing. You need 7.5.

28x12.5x15 ET Street fits perfect on a 15x10" rim.

But with 6.5 backspacing, the tires will stick out like two inches... And when you nail it the body will come down on the tire and cut it up.

thanks PSJ for the info.Ill just use the 6.5 spacing for the street and order a pair of 7.5 spacing for the slicks.anyway the car is not a daily driver.also running skinnies up front.one more question.would I have to grind the calipers out back for the 6.5 spacing? thanks again.

If you're gonna go for the 10", I would also say to get the 7.5BS. My 28-inchers occasionally rub with the 15x8's. Are you gonna use these on the street or track Rex? Decide not to wait for mine?

Any 15" Weld is going to need grinding. Why are you stuck on using the 6.5 BS? It's gonna look goofy.
