Default DETAILED, flamed SS

Didnt have work today so this morining I decided to give my 2000 SS M6 a good detailing on the exterior. Granted the paint is only a year old but being black and having a extreme case of detailers syndrome over the years to me theres nothing like a freshly polished and waxed black car. Enjoy the pics

Well to be honest on this car because the paint is only a year old and is in really good shape I only use a black finishing pad with a foam pad glaze from a company called autotech. Its just a very light glaze that works very well on darker colors and then I just follow it up with a hand wax using collonite detergent proof paste wax.

damn that thing really shines! looks great man! only thing i'm not fond of is the blue accents inside but i see why you did them, to tie in the theme, just not my thing. the car looks absolutely awesome though!

Holy! I am definitely not a flame guy -- at all -- but that paint job is out of sight! That's awesome! The blending from blue to black ghost is stunning, man.
