I agree..............does the term "rice" only apply to vehicles of Asian descent?
Should we refer to Europeon vehicles as "bratwurst?"
I think we should show a distinction from what side of the ocean they come from.

It's not that rice only refers to asian cars. IMO rice is more of a state of mind and how you come off as. Saying your bone stock camry or base neon can beat a pullied cobra is rice (while being completely serious). Modifying your cars appearance to improve stability at high speeds or just looks is not rice. Everyone's opinions on what looks good is different. Because you add an SS spoiler instead of a Z28 spoiler, are you rice? No.

On this forum, rice is usually 70% of the time something that someone either 1. Doesn't like. or 2. Doesn't see often so claims it's rice.

Not using the same wheels as EVERYONE else usually ends up with the same comment.

I still don't know how I feel on these.. I'm so/so about it, but I don't have a Camaro so it's not like it matters

I really want to see these on a white car or a light color so they really pop out, i think they will look great.

As far as the rice comments go... to some people anything other than stock is rice apparently... I'm surprised some of us don't get **** for having nice looking engine bays or lowered muscle cars.

another trans am question:

our gfx and bodylines seem to curve inward halfway down the door. do you think your side splitter can be made to follow the same curves? i dont like how it sticks out so much in the front, then less in the rear, in the trans am pictured. it looks better on the straight camaro door then the curvalicous TA. think its doable to custom a TA splitter?

i didn't mind the camaro but i'm not necessarily diggin the ones on the TA. it already has side skirts so i just don't think it flows well. now if you decide to do the whole coverage of the front of the BACK tire and somehow mix it in with the side splitter then perhaps doing the Z06 mud flaps like there was a thread about a while back...i'd be down for sure.

the amount of CRAP and just dust from these new 315s on my brand new white *** paint job is REALLY starting to annoy the heck out of me...
