What a fun afternoon.. met the photographer and another Camaro in Glendora yesterday.. He said he had a great spot planned and it was about a 20 minute drive into the mountains.. Weather was nice and sunny. I dont know how these guys find these places but not only was the road fun and curvy but it was also deserted.. almost nobody around (Glendora Mountain Hwy) ~ We pulled out onto a "view point" turnout then he went to work.. detail stuff with a 35mm camera and the outside pics with a large format camera (3x4?).. The pictures i post here dont even come close to what I saw through his viewfinder.. i guess for $3k-$4k for a camera it SHOULD take great pics <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

We spent about 3 hours doing the shoot of the two cars and waiting for the "right" light.. Should be out in the November issue of Camaro Performers magazine.. Oh, and they have you fill out a huge 6 page questionier about your car and stuff.. Kevin (the photographer from McMullin Publishing) was VERY nice and a pleasure to work with <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

the other Camaro there.. 71SS with tweeked 454 big block, cage and way fast.. we raced later and I lost but I held up pretty good in the first part of the race.. gotta love them cubic inches <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Steve ,your car is beautifal. That 71SS ,does it have a liscence plate frame saying "Its all stock, trust me"? If so ,I have seen it and Ive even given him a thumbs up.

Off the 210 at Grand go north to Sierra Madre(?) then left on Glendora Mountain Highway.. then have fun zippin up the mountain.. It was DEAD since the road dosent really go anywhere (well it goes to Baldy but there are better ways to get there).. In three hours we saw 3 or 4 motorcycles.. 3-4 bicycles and a couple of cars <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
