thnx for all the support. I was bout to explode this morning.
That is how my Camaro looked when I bought it, hammer and a steel plate straightened the mount out so its not a hard fix, but I'd def make them fix it or pay for it if they did it!

Good luck, I'm sure it will go in your favor with the evidence you have.

just got back from court and. . . . . .

Sorry guys the little man didn't win today.

Judgement was: For quality tire and service to pay body shop of my choosing to repair fenders. And get the scratches repaired by painting them.

Its not what I wanted but at this point I'm just glad its over.

I knew i was Fuc#ed when Phil (quality tire and service) called the judge by his first name.

So there it is. At this time I would REALLY like to know if there are any lug nuts out there that are smaller around but have the same coverage on the bottom as the stock ones.

Man, that sucks. I'd be IRRATE. I never let those retards touch my car, I always take my rims to them. But even then I get really nervous handing them 3k dollars worth of rims that they have the chance of ******* up. I'd like to just get my own tire machine.

I went through this with a company, I will let remain nameless but is a large chain, when my dad took my car to get an alignment. They broke both fender tabs on each fender and bent the metal part all to hell. When we went back we had to bitch but they eventually manned up and coughed up a check for both fenders and paint. Good luck bro!

I'm confused.. You get judgment for them to pay a body shop of your choice to fix the fenders, and they also have to pay to get your wheels repainted.. Tell me again how didn't the little man win???
