i know that its not legal in florida but my windshueld now has a 22' strip which is halfway down an its 5% and i am having to get a new windshield cause of a crack and might just go 35% or 50% still haven't decided.

I'm a window tinter in Louisiana and I do front windshields all the time. Most people have absolutely no trouble with 35 on the front. Everyone who does 50 wishes they would've done 35 and I have done a few 20 which is simply ridiculous!
Anyone who has their windshield tinted, take a picture from the inside looking out so they can see that it's not as bad as they think it is.

tinted windshield I have 5 on sides and 35 on windshield and hatch and yes its illegal in Florida to tint your windshield , i got pulled over by a very nice local cop who told me to take it off , and didn't write me a ticket he told me like five times that if FHP pulls me on the highways they'll give me a ticket for sure because there ******** that's what he said , i haven't taken it off yet .Ill post pictures up tomorrow, Btw my friends cant see me while im in the car driving during the day, all they see are my hands on the steering wheel.

so ya'll are saying people with 5% all around and 50% on windshild always wanna go back and get 35% windshield? and yea if someone could take a pic from the inside for me with 35% it would help even more.
if you drive at night 35% on the windshield is a bit stupid IMO.
i can tell you i'm 100% satisfied with 5% all around and 50% on the windshield, any darker and i wouldnt wanna take it out after dusk.lol

Wow, I didn't know there were that many people with tinted windshields. I've got 5% on all of my windows and my windshield banner is 5% and I can't see crap at nighttime, I don't think I would try if I did mostly night driving.

i just don't want to get 50% and be like wow what a waste of money, but if i get 35% and its to dark for me i will be screwed; wish i knew someone local with it done so i could sit in theres and see it in person.
Go 35% You wont regret it. The angle of the front windshield on F-Bodys make the 35% tint look like 5% because of the glare. 50% is a waste, it wont make a difference.
