30% is VERY hard to see through at night.I DEFINITELY would not do that. I never understood tinting the windshield anyway.

here's my car with 35% tinted windsheild, it's a breeze to drive day or night.. i don't see what people have such a big deal with this "thinking that they can't seen through it." cause it's fine! and looks killer.

btw this is with 20% sides and 5% back glass and t-tops.

If you're only worried about heat (probably not) then 3M makes a film called Crystalline. It's a light or even clear tint that is designed to block heat and UV rays. I want to get my windshield done with that stuff since I live out in the desert, and cops can't tell it's there.

50% is a waste of time and money!

i have no problems seeing through mine what so ever... keep in mind. it looks way darker from the outside, that's the point.

This is a better option, because it IS illegal in all 50. I got pulled over with mine done with 50% and the trooper made me take it off on the side of the road. It was fun scraping glue off for the next week

35 really isnt dark, it depends on the angle and lighting. I would never go above 35 that is just a complete waste of money.

97 ramset what do you have for sides? and can i get a picture angle up instead of down. that 35% is more encouraging.

and scira. a trooper was to tell me to take it off i would laugh at him. theres no way in hell you are making me take it off in the middle of traffic. take me to court or jail thats just dangerous and stupid on the trooper. its like asking him to give me his gun to hold. stupid.
