Default Who is the guy w/ the white Formula converted to a T/A?

All I remember is it's a white, LS1 Formula hard top... He put a T/A spoiler on it, blacked the windows, and put a ram air hood on it. Anyone remember this guy or have pics of the car?

Thanks

That's the car... Thanks. I found it w/ some black rims that had no polished lip and it looked hideous. The picture above is perfection. Thanks.

Here is a picture with the hideous black wheels dansbird likes so much haha.

It's all good the other set was in bad shape from being out in the elements for about a year since the car was down. I took care of that today though. Just need to assemble two more wheels and I will be all done.

After

I used the compound in the link below and a buff wheel that I picked up from Sears and used it on my bench top grinder. If I were to do it again I would probably just order the right stuff from Eastwood. I did try using tripoli(sears brand) and a buff wheel from sears also but the compound below netted me the best results.

I was in Houston, in mine, back on the 4th... Was also there for new years and there is a good chance I'll be there again this new years. It'd be cool to see yours running around.

DopeFedZ, what are you using to seal the wheel when you reassemble them?

Window caulk made by GE. It's listed on the CCW site that is what they recommend.

Not a whole lot... I haven't frequented Tech in a long, long time.... I'm ready to take the car on another road trip, though. The 7 hour drive to Houston for the 4th is the most road-tripping action it's seen in a while.

Hmmm.... I wonder if they're having that huge show in Indianapolis again this Sept. :hmm:
