I got my windows done 20% on side and still have the tint from before on the hatch. I'm debating between 20 or 5. since the place i went to doesn't have nething inbetween.
So you guys who have 5 on the hatch, how hard is it to see out of at night, in the rain, reversing, etc..
car is a dd

i had 5% on my last two vehicles.. going to do 15% on this one.
15% is just as hard to see IN but much easier to see OUT..
i did not like 5% all the way around.. it looked good from outside, but inside at night was a pain! if it didnt have a light on it, you couldnt see it..

Like stated previously, it looks good and helps keep it cool during the day. But is tough to see out of at night, especially if it's raining or there is poor lighting in the area.
Either 10% or 15% would probably be my choice for the hatch if I had it redone.

I have 5% tint, at night to back up you either have to put your window down or get out and make sure nothing is behind you before you back up, i do mostly highway driving in my car... the first time i was a in big city at night it was horrible i was afraid everytime i switched lanes there would be a car there i couldn't see

just do it and deal with it. 5% isn't that bad. Hell I put double 5% on my girlfriends tiburon and that was a PITA! But she got used to it. It always takes a little time to adjust.

5% all around, like mentioned before it was hard at first to see when backing up, but I just roll down the windows and you get kind of used to it. I have been pulled over, but the first thing I do as Im getting pulled over is to roll down the windows immediately and take down the V1...so far no hassles about it and its been 8 yrs
