Default Stainless Braided lines for the Engine Bay

Interested in replacing all possible lines in the engine bay with stainless braided. Anybody done this before? Have a good source? Part #'s and lengths even? Thanks.

Was the throttle cable a direct replacment? Do you have a part number?

ill look it up when i get home cant remember the part number but i think they only have 2 for the ls1 and its the 36" one, but let me double check

and yes it was a direct replacement but i do not have cruise control so it may not be an option (i say that cause i have never seen the box that controls it in person)

Thanks, I dont think cruise will matter...but I am sure if you had TCS it would.

It says that cable is for a Ram Jet housing (whatever that is?) Will it work with the stock style intake and TB (and throttle cable bracket?)

97ramsst i cant honestly answer it as i have the l76 intake with a holley 90mm tb

but i can imagine why it wouldnt the only thing i had an issue with was the way it mounted to the pedal it puts the cable at an odd angle but i have yet to have a problem with it

when we did mine we made sure to cover the line in electrical tape at the section we wanted to cut to keep the spurs down to a minimum, then use a little wd-40 to help ease it into the fitting (make sure to take the tape off first)

I am also interested in replacing the stock throttle body cable and bracket with Lokars if they will fit without any mods. I have the stock intake and TB on my 98 LS1. Anyone else done this upgrade with pics? Thanks
