Awesome!! Definitely unique. What color are your calipers? I would paint them to match the stripes.

I know, the calipers are next on my to do list...I might just go with black on them...I don't know if the House of Kolor paint will stand the heat...My second choice would be red to match the vette logo's on the rims and the red Z on the hood...so many choices

Looks great - did you have the whole car painted or just the stripes?

Everything but the roof and back bumper got painted, and the stripes are Sunrise Pearl... buried under a gallon of House of Kolor clearcoat.

Very nice.. its good to see people taking a chance and doing something different

I would say No to red calipers.. try to stick to only one accent color -- maybe charcoal grey calipers? or black with CAMARO decals on them?

Again, good work

sooooo sweeeet. How much was that paint job? I wanna do something like that to my 02 Z in a few years when I graduate. The ultra Z hood is sooo cool but why would you change the original SS hood? Either way its beautiful man. Very original and clean, no rice there!

Sweet! I was wondering how long it would take the hockey stick stripes to catch on! It was the defining feature on Sprewell Racing's Heritage SS, and I love the nostalgic look!

The VIN # would indicate Z-28...It looks far different from when it was a plain old Z...The Hood is functional and I didn't want it to look like an ordinary "Stock SS". I also put on the WW 98+ rear wing...call it what u want... I want to refer to it as an SS, so I am...Thanx for the props, later
PS- I believe all V8 camaros are originally Z-28's till the get a new hood, spoiler and badges...then they become what everyone knows as a SS...I think this is what GM does...my .02 cents...

i think some of you people are overly proud of paying more for an SS. That car looks sweet. You could put a big red Honda 'H' on the side of it, and it would still look good.......sorta
