Although it's not the the best method of attachment (screws and rivet nuts), you are not attached to the seat. The harness or vette seat belts hold you into place in event of a crash. These are attached to the rolls cage and chassis inside the cockpit. Unless this lambo kit comes with some form of a hoop or metal roof to weld into place, I don't see a safe place for the seat belts to mount to. I'm talking about the shoulder part because ours attach to the roof (which they cut off). Again, I'm just speculating because we don't see any finished pictures.

But good call on the seats haha. I had to look at the assembly manual I bought from them to make sure. Didn't even noticed how they were attached haha.

I'd rather spend the coin and get a Factory Five car.

Very interesting concept, I am only reviving the thread because the kit is supposed to be out soon with new pictures and how to's up within the next 30 days.

this interests me just because it is pretty Novel. will take a lot of work that nobody's talking abotu making sure the body is still ridgid, etc. but it's one VERY cool starting point.

I look forward to more picutres and if all goes well I'll start my project over the 2010/11 off season.

hmmm what twelve grand would do under my hood...... in my humble opinion making a lambo kit car is like tucking your junk and using a strap on. Be proud of what you have and if it is a lambo you want get a real lambo. my .02

What about when u use the resverves and she still needs more luvin ? Tuck n strap ok then or still a no go ?

Btw I'd like to see this kit completed and IMO for 40k u can have a car that would blow away most of u guys and looks likea lambo. Most ppl on here just have basic bolt ons mabe no2 but nothing serious, I know some do but just sayin most. And if some one is gonna pay for a kit would they really leave the motor and suspension stock ? It's also alot lighter than most of us

That has nothing to do with anything.. of course with 40K you could build a car that would be faster than most cars on here.. that is not an opinion that is a fact. People are saying for 12K they could put it under there hood but instead they would be buying a body kid to make a car look like something it isn't. So if the average guy does pay for a kit then they probably wouldn't have any money to put into anything else. Your logic is off..
it is a sweet kit but i bought a TA cuz i love them.. im not about to cover it up with a Lambo kit..
