I would like to see some pics also because the paint on my shock towers are dull and scraped up.

I used Duplicolor Automotive touch up spray and high temp clear. Nothing special. I cleaned it with Ispropyl alcohol, sanded, primed, sanded, painted , cleared and left it at that. Just make sure you tape everything off good!
It could have used some filler to get it really good, but I didn't feel like taking it that far...

The only thing I removed was the computer on the passenger side and pulled the wire clips. Spray paint got as far down as could be seen. Just had to use multiple angles with the can in different positions.

I'm decent at painting and didn't get any drips/runs, and surprisingly got everything that can be seen, no misses or break lines.
Thanks!

Well my best piece of advice, go to walmart, go to the bedroom section or whatever it's called and check out the clearance section. There you will find tons and tons of bed sheets on sale for a few bucks. I bought 3 queen sets for like $7 and i used them to cover everything I didn't want to get paint on. I took off almost everything I could. If I paint it again, I would take off the front fenders too.

I thought your paint was in really good shape last time I saw it. You might be able to lightly sand it and put on some clear.

Taking the fenders off of these cars is a pretty big pain, I wouldn't bother.

Did mine as well. Used drop cloths and lots of masking tape, and i yanked the headlights, washer tank, and brackets on the front and sprayed that black too. I need a new bumper support thing i know, its cracked up from the last owner

The FRC's are off right now, smoothed, painted, and pinstriped . Should be going on in the next few days
