Jury is still out for me on this one. I like CF but the blue looks different. I like it, but I dont. Now if that was done like todd2001ss that would be bad as hell. I think what throws if for me is the how far it sticks up from the piece it covers. I do like the color though. Just my opinion. Props to ya!

First time I've even seen blue installed, I like the idea, I bet it looks good in person.

Looks nice! Blue is different and adds your own personal touch. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Looks nice with that color.

You did a great install! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Looks too much like stickers stuck ontop of stuff (which it is). Might look good if the pieces were totally covered, rather than just partially.

Dude, I don't know if you noticed or not...but this post is two years old.

Now's probably not the best time to chime in. What the hell where you going through to find something this old?

Holy resurected thread batman!!

The blue looks pretty good and it looks like the same process that exotic wood dash uses (who did Todds car).. the color of the "CF" is determined by the base paint put on the part..

The real CF kit from RK Sport is only around $600 or so these days.. Blue beast has it on his car..

I remember seeing it. For the most part, it looked good. I liked the idea of blue CF. Its just that a few pieces dont quite fit right, like on the ashtray cover. You'd have to see it to know what I mean, but I can't find any pictures of it now.

I wonder if www.goldplatedemblems.com and www.exoticwooddash.com are the same company (or maybe one copied the other). If you look around at the dash kit ordering sections you'll see what I mean.

hell my vw boy down here molded his dash. Pretty cool to pickup a normally 50lb dash, with 2 fingers. can't imagine how much that suckah cost. Always wondered what would happen to the splinters of carbon fiber in a wreck...
