That looks great! How long did it take you to get right? I've tried twice unsuccessfully on my radio trim. Maybe I need more heat or more practice.

can you post a pic of the radio trim?? I did mine with the di-noc and well... it's not picture worthy haha. Di-noc does not like the curves under the air vents (granted the Camaro trim is different)

Not to rain on anybody's parade but wrapping the top of the Nitrous bottle isn't a good idea. If the bottle hasn't been hydrotested it will have to be removed to stamp the bottle. If it has been hydrotested you covered the test date and no reputable filler will fill it.

i dont know that the bottle will even hold pressure anyhow. i got it for free and plan on keeping it in the car for looks only. i have a dynotune bottle thats filled and certified.

*going to take pics of the radio trim now*

Here's a few pics. They arent the greatest since it was dark in my garage and i had to use a tripod (limited my shots to the exterior of the car).

Radio Trim

Here you can see the corners aren't perfect. Since the outer piece simply can't be stretched far enough, i had to put 4 small pieces of wrap in each corner, then do the larger piece so that when there were parts of the plastic uncovered, the smaller pieces covered it.

Doesn't look bad at all! I hope mine comes out OK when the Neffywrap shows up. Are you using the 3M 77 adhesive with it? I read online where a few people are using different adhesives with good success.

all i could find locally was the 3M "General Trim Adhesive" which they claim is a medium hold. it seemed to tack up pretty well, but i'd be curious to try something with a more intense hold.

looks awesome! I think i'm gonna order some neffywrap and try that instead... it's so much more flexible. It's also tempting to switch to t/a interior... the camaro has some ridiculous curves on the radio trim and door handle trim

I'm debating on getting some of this and wrapping my FRC's and fuse covers. I've currently filled in the corvette letters, sanded, and painted with a hammer tone style bronze paint, and hand pinstriped "Chevrolet" across them. Anybody think this stiff will need heat tape under the FRC's? I'm not sure if the 3m adhesive will hold up to it either any thoughts?

Iyyob - Can you please move the charger and zoom out a little so I can read the entire officer's log? TIA

BTW - Anyone know how much heat can this stuff handle? I'm surprised no one has tried to wrap a lid, valve covers, small triangle sail panel, rear panel between tai lights on a TA, upper radiator support, etc. Let's get creative people.
