YES! I think we are seeing the same pictures, and I don't know how anyone wouldn't see how good that would look!

I would say yes BUT only if you are also tinting the tail lights.

I'm not sure what I want to do with the tail lights yet honestly, on my GTP i had the tails blacked and loved it, but I'm afraid if i black out these tails it will be too much black thoughts?

Yeah do it. Just go with a light tint on the tail lights if you don't like it, tint comes off. As long as its not the spray on tint

If your going with a "heavy" silver and black theme why wouldn't you tint the third brake light cover and the tails?
It would look a lot better and go with the theme your wanting

hmm i suppose you're right, just in new york cops have a real problem with blacked tail lights..
Here's an image I just found. Look good for now? I'll have to save some money to get the tails professionaly done, I don't like VHT enough for that big of a lens

Do it, just a light tint on the tails and black out 3rd brake light. Just be carefull on the 3rd because for some reason I've seen alot of them react. Don't know why but they always seem to react, maybe it's from the light bulb being so close

yeah, maybe a light tint is the way to go.. I always thought go all the way or nothing, So I'll have to see how a light tint looks.

DOOOO IT!!!

i was going for the black themeas well, but quite frankly i'm not a huge fan of blacked out tails on red t/a's, so i just did the 3rd brake light, ceta mod, the reverse lights, and fill-ins

3rd brake light is paint, not VHT. so all that lights up is the "ram-air", although for the most part, you cant really tell it says ram air.
